Rav Shaul Teaches That Yahusha Was Married And Had Children

This Rav Sha’ul Exposed study is about Paul Sides’ teaching that Yahusha was married to Mary Magdeline, had children, and that his physical body was not resurrected.

His teaching is in black, my comments are in red.

The Lost Tomb of “Jesus” Found by Rav Sha’ul

Note: the link he provided to the Discovery Channel is not there anymore. It’s ironic that he bases this lesson off of an article from the Discovery Channel, which obviously has an anti-Scripture agenda; teaching evolution, teaching false things about Messiah.  http://dsc.discovery.com/convergence/tomb/tomb.html

I have been questioned repeatedly at this point concerning my thoughts on the tomb of Yahusha’s family being found.  As you might imagine, I have much to say concerning this discovery.  The most significant discovery in my mind this world has ever witnessed bar none.  While I’m sure it will rock the Christian world to its core (and rightfully so)… it in no way contradicts what the Bible says.  It does fully contradict what the false teachers in the Christian church have been teaching for 2000 years.  I will watch their response carefully.

Rav Shaul proclaims that it is the most significant discovery, yet nobody is proclaiming that they have found the body of Yahusha. One would think that the enemy and atheists would be proclaiming this from the rooftops.

It is amazing to me, because for the first time in 2000 years, we have literal scientific proof that Yahusha lived and the New Testament is true.  All the names found exactly as described in the New Testament.  This discovery is ground shattering no doubt to the Christian Church as it contradicts many false teachings found in the Church.  All of these teachings I have been attempting to correct for years:

  1.  Yahusha was not “God”, he was a man and only a man.  A flesh and bone son of his earthly father Joseph.  Yahusha ben Joseph.
  2. Yahusha was not “born of YHVH’ until resurrection (I’ll explain later).
  3. Yahusha was married to Mary Magdalene.
  4. Yahusha had children.is which and is truly the most significant discovery.

I will just quickly address each one.

Read Paul Sides Is A False Teacher to see what he proclaims about Yahusha being only a sinful man.

Concerning Yahusha’s marriage to Mary Magdalene

Beginning with Yahusha and Mary Magdalene.  The only way Mary M. made it into Yahusha’s family tomb if not a relative of his was… as his wife.  The relationship described in the New Testament between these two, would have had Yahusha stoned to death outside the city gates under Jewish Law if they were not married.  Instead, the Jews called Yahusha “Rabbi”, “Master”, “Teacher”, etc.  The way they interacted and traveled together in public… they HAD to have been married.

Seriously? Paul Sides’ illogical conclusion has no Scripture evidence!

It was not Yahusha’s family tomb anyway, it was Joseph of Arimethea’s.

Yahusha’s first miracle turning water into wine was done at his own wedding.  It was the GROOMS responsibility to provide wine in a Jewish Wedding, and the mother of the grooms responsibility to watch over the wine and inform the groom when it was low.  The role Yahusha’s mother Mary played in the story of when Yahusha turned water into wine was that of the mother of the groom.  The role Yahusha played was that of the groom.  It would have been very highly offensive for anyone to provide wine at another’s wedding.  Period.  And the wedding was held in the home town of Mary Magdalene.  It was Yahusha and Mary Magdalene’s wedding.

At his own wedding?  LOL! John 2:2 says that Messiah and His taught ones were invited to the wedding.  A groom doesn’t invite himself.

The narrative says that Messiah changed the water to wine; the master of the feast tasted the wine, and then talked to the bridegroom, complimenting him on saving the best wine for last.

Once again, there is no Scriptural merit for this proclamation!

Marriage is a fundamental human covenant commanded by YHVH.  As Messiah, Yahusha had to obey EVERY WORD that proceeded out of the Mouth of YHVH.  Every covenant.  Every command.  Marriage and having children included.  Or he was not qualified as mediator or Messiah.

This illogical statement is just ridiculous, as there is no Scripture that proclaims that He was married or had children.

The role Mary Magdalene played at the crucifixion was that of a wife.  She prepared his body for burial.  She grieved at his tomb… as his wife should. She stood at his feet and did not abandon Yahusha at his execution along with his mother Mary and his son…

This is all just speculation, as the Scriptures do not declare that she was His wife.

Concerning Yahusha’s children

Concerning Yahusha having children.  Again, YHVH commanded humanity to be fruitful and multiply.  A command… obeyed by the Messiah no doubt, or he is disqualified.  Furthermore, the “disciple that Yahusha loved” was his son.

Where is the verse that says that He would be disqualified if he did not have children? And where is the verse that says that John was Messiah’s son? They do not exist!

Matthew 4:21 clearly tells us that John was the son of Zebedee, “And going on from there, He saw two other brothers, Yaʽaqoḇ the son of Zaḇdai, and Yoḥanan his brother, in the boat with Zaḇdai their father, mending their nets. And He called them,

The only ones at the foot of the cross left was Yahusha’s family, his mother, wife, and son.  This is a fulfillment of the following prophecy, Isaiah 53 is a detailed description of Yahusha and it CLEARLY states he will look down from the cross and “see his offspring” or “seed” or “child”…

Isaiah 53:10
10 Yet it was the LORD’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the LORD makes [c] his life a guilt offering,
he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.

Who is the ‘seed’ of Messiah, according to Scripture?

Galatians 3:16 tells us that the seed of Abraham is Yahusha.  Galatians 3:28-29 tells us that followers of Yahusha (Jew and Gentile) are Abraham’s seed who receive the promises made to Abraham.

So it is simply proclaiming that Messiah looked down on His disciples, His seed, who were the foundation of the temple, in which Elohim dwells.

Concerning the bones of Yahusha being discovered and the implication on the resurrection

The Christian Church teaches a physical bodily resurrection…  This is a contradiction of what is stated in the Bible.  Your flesh and blood body is the offspring of your physical parents.  Yahusha’s physical body was a product of Joseph and Mary… If Joseph was his “step-father”, then Yahusha is not qualified as Messiah see :

  • The restoration of the King and the Priest!
  • The curse of Jechonias

A simple look into the Word of YHVH and you can clearly see below that there is a natural body (product of two earthly parents) and there is a Spiritual Body (product of resurrection, YHVH is 100% Spirit and at resurrection you are born in the image of God).

The Scriptural accounts of the empty tomb validate that the physical body was not there.  Mark 16:6 says that His physical body was raised.  Luke 24:3 says that they did not find His body in the tomb.  John 20:7  says that Messiah folded the cloth which had been on His head, and placed by itself, indicating that His work is not finished and that He will return.

The Apostles touched his physical scars. John 20:27 says, “Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.”

John 21 says that after Messiah had risen, He started a fire, and cooked fish and bread for His disciples; which requires a physical body.

Below it clearly states FLESH AND BLOOD will not inherit the Kingdom of YHVH.  Period.  So it should be no surprise that Yahusha left behind his old body and bones, and was resurrected in his perfect Spiritual Body.
1 Corinthians 15:50 (New International Version)

The Resurrection Body

35But someone may ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?” 36How foolish! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. 37When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or of something else. 38But God gives it a body as he has determined, and to each kind of seed he gives its own body. 39All flesh is not the same: Men have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another and fish another. 40There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another. 41The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.
42So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; 43it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.

Why does the supposedly esteemed Nazarene teacher use the corrupted NIV Bible version to explain?

Why? Because the NIV removes Messiah’s deity. Verse 47 says “The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven“; while the ISR affirms His deity, “The first man was of the earth, earthy; the second Man is the Master from heaven.”

If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”[e]; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit. 46The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual. 47The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven. 48As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the man from heaven, so also are those who are of heaven. 49And just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so shall we[f] bear the likeness of the man from heaven.
50 I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.

And that is pretty much what I think.  It think this discovery completely validates the Word of YHVH as truly found as written.  And totally contradicts the false religion of Christianity as taught in Christian Churchs in America.  I could go on forever proving these points scripturally.

LOL! Rav Shaul didn’t prove anything Scripturally!

My intention here is to provide a foundation for everyone to understand this discovery in light of the Truth found in His Word…  We need to know the True Messiah.  Not the false one.  This discovery proves which is which and is truly the most significant discovery.

Paul Sides’ messiah is the gnostic messiah! A sinful man who became a god.  Rav Sha’ul even proclaims to have become a god himself.
