This website serves to expose Paul Sides who teaches as Rav Shaul on SabbathCovenent.com, as he’s false teacher about Messiah, proclaiming that he was 100% human and that He sinned.
Paul Sides made this post on Facebook on 06/03/19.
My comments are in red.
If Yahusha was literally created “before the world was”, then why does it say he came into being “according the flesh” Galatians 4:29, Romans 1:3 and in Psalm 139 it specifically state that Yahusha was created in his mother’s womb not before and “all his days were written in The Heavenly Scroll (before the foundation of the world) BEFORE he was literally created to fulfill that plan in his mother’s womb”
Those verses do not say anything about a Heavenly Scroll, that’s just Paul Sides exogesis. How would Messiah be born in His mother’s womb beforehand? His point is nonsensical.
—– Psalm 139 —–
13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”
I’m not sure what the point is, Messiah, who is deity, was born in the flesh to tabernacle among us.
And is Psalm 22 it specifically says that Yahuah was NOT Yahusha’s “God” before, but only when he was cast upon Yahuah when he was created in his mother’s womb?
—-Psalm 22:9 Yet You are He who brought me forth (into existence) from the womb; You made me trust (in You) when upon my mother’s breasts (not before). 10 Upon You I was cast from birth (not before); You have been my God from my mother’s womb (not before). 11Be not far from me, for trouble is near; For there is none to help.…—-
Seriously, what?
Which is it? Is Adam the first begotten son of Yahuah or is Yahusha the ONLY begotten son of Yahuah? Why when challenged about calling himself the “son of God” did Yahusha not confirm the claim that he was somehow “unique” but instead quote Psalm 82:6 that says we are ALL “gods, sons of the Most High” which by doing so Yahusha outright denied incarnation?
Sounds like circular logic to me.
Again I ask… if a teacher teaches the Truth, and your understanding if false, does that make the teacher a False Teacher?
We know that Paul Sides is a false teacher!
These verses clearly show that Messiah is deity.
“For a Child shall be born unto us, a Son shall be given unto us, and the rule is on His shoulder. And His Name is called Wonder, Counsellor, STRONG Ěl, Father of Continuity, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6
“Therefore Yahuah Himself gives you a sign: Look, the maiden conceives and gives birth to a Son, and shall call His Name Immanu’ĕl.” Isaiah 7:14
“See, a maiden shall conceive, and she shall give birth to a Son, and they shall call His Name Immanu’ĕl,” which translated, means, “Ěl WITH US” Matthew 1:23
“And fear seized all, and they praised Elohim, saying, “A great prophet has been raised up among us,” and, “Elohim HAS VISITED HIS PEOPLE.” Luke 7:16
“The Yehuḏim (Jews) answered Him, saying, “We do not stone You for a good work, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself Elohim.” John 10:33
“Yahusha said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father, and how do you say, ‘Show us the Father’? “Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and THE Father IS IN Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak from Myself. But the Father who stays in Me does His works.” John 14:9-10
“And I do not pray for these alone, but also for those believing in Me through their word, so that they all might be one, as You, Father, ARE IN Me, and I in You, so that they too might be one in Us, so that the world might believe that You have SENT Me. And the esteem which You GAVE Me I have given them, so that they might be one as We are one.” John 17:2-21
“And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Master and MY Elohim!” John 20:28
“in whom the mighty one of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, so that the enlightening of the Good News of the esteem of Messiah, WHO IS THE LIKENESS OF Elohim, does not shine on them” 2 Corinthians 4:4
“And all matters are from Elohim, who has restored us to favour with Himself through יהושע Messiah, and has given us the service of restoration to favour, that is, that Elohim WAS IN Messiah restoring the world to favour unto Himself, not reckoning their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of restoration to favour.” 2 Corinthians 5:18
“in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, WHO IS THE LIKENESS OF THE INVISIBLE, the FIRST-BORN of all creation.” Colossians 1:14-5

“WHO BEING THE BRIGHTNESS OF THE ESTEEM AND THE EXACT REPRESENTATION OF HIS SUBSTANCE, and sustaining all by the word of His power, having made a cleansing of our sins through Himself, sat down at the right hand of the Greatness on high,” Hebrews 1:3
“But TO THE Son He says, “Your throne, O Elohim, is forever and ever, a sceptre of straightness is the sceptre of Your reign. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. Because of this, Elohim, Your Elohim, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions.” Hebrews 1:8-9
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim.” John 1:1
It’s clearly telling us that the Word existed in the beginning.
“And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent among us, and we saw His esteem, esteem as of an only brought-forth of a father, complete in favour and truth.” John 1:14
It’s telling us that the Word came in the flesh to dwell among us.
It’s pointing to when Messiah was born on the Feast of Tabernacles.
Rev 19:13 confirms that Messiah is the Word of Yahuah:
and having been dressed in a robe dipped in blood – and His Name is called: The Word of יהוה.
These Scriptures clearly proclaim that Messiah did exist beforehand.
“But you, Bĕyth Leḥem (Bethlehem) Ephrathah, you who are little among the clans of Yehuḏah (Judah, out of you shall come forth to Me the One to become Ruler in Yisra’ĕl (Israel). And HIS COMINGS FORTH ARE OF OLD, FROM EVERLASTING.” Micah 5:2
“No one has ever seen Elohim. The only brought-forth Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He did declare.” John 1:18
“And no one has gone up into the heaven except He who came down from the heaven – the Son of Adam.” John 3:13
“For Elohim so loved the world that He gave His only brought-forth Son, so that everyone who believes in Him should not perish but possess everlasting life. For Elohim did not SEND HIS Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16-17
“Because of this, then, the Yehuḏim (Jews) were seeking all the more to kill Him, ‘because not only was He breaking the Sabbath, but He also called Elohim His own Father, making Himself equal with Elohim.’” John 5:18
“And the Father who SENT Me, He bore witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.” John 5:37
“For the bread of Elohim is He who comes down out of the heaven and gives life to the world.” John 6:33
“Because I HAVE COME DOWN OUT OF THE HEAVEN, not to do My own desire, but the desire of Him who sent Me.” John 6:38
“Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from Elohim – HE HAS SEEN THE Father” John 6:46
“I am the living bread which CAME DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN. If anyone eats of this bread, he shall live forever. And indeed, the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” John 6:51
“This is the bread which CAME DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN, not as your fathers ate the manna and died. He who eats this bread shall live forever.” John 6:58
“What if you see the Son of Aḏam going up where He was BEFORE?” John 6:62
“But I know Him, because I AM FROM HIM, AND HE SENT ME.” John 7:29
“And He said to them, “You are from below, I AM FROM ABOVE. You are of this world, I am not of this world.” John 8:23,
“So Yahusha said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Aḏam, then you shall know that I am He, and that I do none at all of Myself, but as My Father TAUGHT Me, these words I speak. And He who SENT ME is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do what pleases Him.” John 8:28-29
“Yahusha said to them, “If Elohim were your Father, you would love Me, for I CAME FORTH FROM ELOHIM, and am here. For I have not come of Myself, but HE SENT ME.” John 8:42
“Yahusha said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, BEFORE ABRAHAM CAME TO BE, I AM. Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him.” John 8:58-59
He is saying that He proceeded Abraham, not as a thought or future fulfillment, but that He existed.
‘I Am’ = ‘Yah’ the shortened name of Yahuah, which is incorporated in the name of the Son. When you call upon the name of the Son, you invoke the shortened name of the Father, Yah.
“And this is everlasting life, that they should know You, the only true Elohim, and יהושע Messiah whom YOU HAVE SENT.” John 17:3
“And now, esteem Me with Yourself, Father, with the esteem which I had with You BEFORE the world was.” John 17:5
“Father, I desire that those whom You have given Me, might be with Me where I am, so that they see My esteem which You have given Me, because You loved Me BEFORE the foundation of the world.” John 17:24
“For, let this mind be in you which was also in Messiah Yahusha, who, being in the form of Elohim, did not regard equality with Elohim a matter to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant, and CAME TO BE in the likeness of men.” Philippians 2:5-7 (If Messiah was just a human, this statement makes no sense.)
“What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life:
And the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and announce to you that everlasting life which was with the Father and was manifested to us.
We announce to you what we have seen and heard, so that you too might have fellowship with us. And truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son יהושע Messiah.”
1 John 1:1-3
“And we have seen and bear witness that the Father has SENT the Son, Saviour of the world” 1 John 4:14
These verses point to Messiah being present and active in creation:
“and to make all see how this secret is administered, which for ages past has been hidden in ELOHIM WHO CREATED ALL THROUGH יהושע YAHUSHA MESSIAH” Ephesians 3:9 (Note: through ‘through Yahusha Messiah’ is missing is some manuscripts for this verse, it may have been added based on Colossians 1:16 and Hebrews 1:2)
“who is the likeness of the invisible Elohim, the first-born of all creation. Because in Him were created all that are in the heavens and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or rulerships or principalities or authorities – ALL HAVE BEEN CREATED THROUGH HIM AND FOR HIM. And He is before all, and in Him all hold together.” Colossians 1:15-17
“Elohim, having of old spoken in many portions and many ways to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by the Son, whom He has appointed heir of all, THROUGH WHOM ALSO HE MADE THE AGES,” Hebrews 1:1-2
“For to which of the messengers did He ever say, “You are My Son, today I have brought You forth”? And again, “I shall be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a Son”? And when He again brings the first-born into the world, He says, “Let all the messengers of Elohim do reverence to Him... And, “YOU, MASTER, DID FOUND THE EARTH IN THE BEGINNING, and the heavens are the work of Your hands. ” Hebrews 1:5-6,9
“And to the messenger of the assembly in Laodikeia write, ‘The Amĕn, the Trustworthy and True Witness, THE BEGINNING OF THE CREATION OF ELOHOM, says this:” Revelation 3:14
It’s telling us that Messiah was the beginning of creation by Elohim. From Genesis to Revelation, the Scriptures proclaim that all was created through Messiah.
Or do we just surround ourselves with teachers who “tickle our itching ears” and tell us what we already believe not what is true. Do we seek out those who teach the same old tired pagan lies and false gods that have been handed down generation to generation?
Speaking of this time in history, it is prophetically declared that when Yahuah calls us out of the nations, we will be crying out “we have inherited nothing but lies” so then, why do we reject the teachers He has risen up for a time such as this to help us overcome those inherited lies?
—-Jeremiah 16 —–
19 O Yahuah, my strength and my stronghold, And my refuge in the day of distress, To You the nations will come From the ends of the earth and say, “Our fathers have inherited nothing but falsehood, Futility and things of no profit.” 20 Can man make gods for himself? Yet they are not gods!…—-
Anyone have answers to these questions? Why is it we insist everything we have been taught for 2000 years is “True” when Yahuah begs otherwise.
Romans 1:3 proclaims that Messiah was born in the flesh, which is pointless if He is just another man.
“concerning His Son, who came of the seed of David according to the flesh” ISR 98
“concerning His Son who was born in the flesh, of seed of the house of David” AENT
2 John 1:7 describes Paul Sides, who denies that Messiah came in the flesh. “For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.”
John’s statement makes no sense if Messiah is just a human, as every human is born in the flesh. John is clearly saying that people who are antichrist deny that Messiah is deity who has come in the flesh.
The irony is that John points to antichrist, which means against Christ, thereby justifying the title Christ;
The Apostle John is not talking about a 100% human coming in the flesh, as every man does that.
If John was just talking about a mere man, then denying that he came in the flesh makes no sense.
He is saying that Messiah is deity who came in the flesh, and anyone who denies that is anti-Messiah.
This matches his statements in John 1:14, “And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent (during the Feast of Tabernacles) among us, and we saw His esteem, esteem as of an only brought-forth of a father, complete in favour and truth.”
We can clearly see that just based on 2 John 1:7, that what Paul Sides and Ed Moore are teaching is contrary to Scripture, for they deny that deity came in the flesh.
In John 1:15, 27 and 30, John the Baptist repeatedly said that Messiah ‘came before him‘, even though John was born six months before Messiah. He is saying that Messiah preexisted.
